Human Resource Planning

Human Resources is one of the most important, most challenging and most rewarding aspects of working in a Community Government.

Without well-trained, knowledgeable staff, Council's priorities will not be implemented and services to the community will not be provided.

That's why Human Resources Planning was one of the four mandatory components included into Integrated Community Sustainability Planning.

MACA's School of Community Government has redeveloped its Human Resources Manual and it is available to Community Governments to use.

You can use the manual or work with a consultant to complete your HR Plan.
