The NWT Association of Communities is pleased to welcome Ms. Susan Coyne

to our organization. Susan will be taking on the responsibilities of the NWTAC's

Sustainability Coordinator. Susan's holds a Bachelor of Arts in Regional and

Urban Planning with a specialty in Community Development and has further

developed her skills working as the Planning and Lands Officer in the MACA

Dehcho Regional Office.

 

Over the next couple of weeks Susan will be contacting your community to

discuss the Integrated Community Sustainability Plans (ICSP), which all

communities are mandated to complete under the Federal Gas Tax Agreement.

The NWTAC will be requesting that each community provide an inventory of the

current community plans you are working on or have completed. This will allow

us to better assess how we can assist communities on an individual basis with

the creation of their ICSP.

 

We are very excited to begin assisting communities in the ICSP process. Please

join me in welcoming Susan to the NWTAC.
